1 Month Later - Wrong Floor Mats

I ordered a set of Camaro SS floor mats from West Coast Camaro the day after I got my SS. The mats came from Lloyds, which generally has a good reputation. After waiting a month I got them today and they're the wrong color and size. Pretty frustrating. Should I order another set or just get my money back? I have very little confidence that they'll get them right the next time. I can show pics if you like, they're not even close to what's shown as the product on their site.

Just return them and have West Coast correct the order.
If you aren't satisfied, contest the credit card billing.

I would give them a chance to make it right...if for nothing else to save yourself the shipping cost to return the mats.

A second mistake, however, would have me seeking my money back.

Have you even called West Coast yet? You need to let them attempt to get the issue corrected, mistakes are made, though irritating, you have to be accepting that they do happen. If West Coast doesnt do anything to correct the issue, then you might have a problem, but its way to early to be losing confidence unless it happens a couple times.
