I own a custom motorsports shop and have for years.. I too give the clients what they want, but I also really go outta my way to consult with them as to how a job would best be done. I wouldn't take on a job just because the payday is large (and it would be large due to the insane amount of filler on all the speaker boxes).. At some point you as a shop owner need totake pride and consider what people will say about your style of work. I don't think that anyone here said that the work was of poor quality , just that the execution was absolutely
terrible. Let me say it again ...Absolutely terrible. I really hope it's a ZL1.. He'll need the extra torque to move that extra weight and turn those massive wheels.

And your right its our responsibility as experts in the business to lead clients in the right direction.. But the customer is right always at the end in the retail world and knowing also the owner of the car there was nothing that could be said to change the fate of this 2011 camaro 2ss convertible. What I found interesting in this build was that most of the guys who have this sort of builds done never really focus under the hood mods but this one was upgraded to a whipple 2.9 blower kit with a custom cam and kooks headers... I know it's pointless with those wheels and weight but at least it does have sum to maintain the muscle car sound and hp..
