I think even I can do those!!
I was surprised at how quick and easy the frittata was that BB posted. I've got to make some modifications to get the fat down, but they were really really good!! I can do this |

Ok here is something you may want to try. We all like something crunchy and salty sometimes so give this a shot. Remeber he Tahini recipie I posted for the broccoli, I'll put it up again, that can also be used as a dip for carrots and celery but this is my favorite use for it besides on Broccoli. Take a loaf of Joseph's pita bread (below) seperate it into two loafs then spread some of the Tahini mixture on it put in the oven (I use broil @ 450 deg) it browns and becomes crunchy fairly quick so keep an eye on it. It's kinda like garlic bread but has a nutty flavor from the sesame. It's crunchy and salty but is perfect with a meal and it will satisft that craving. Give it a shot. When making the Tahini you can adjust the ingredients to your own taste, as listed it's on the strong side but delicious.
1/4 cup sesame tahini 1/2 teaspoon organic gluten-free garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon unrefined sea salt 1 tablespoon organic extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 tablespoon water 2-3 teaspoons chopped fresh organic parsley (optional garnish) |

That would probably work as a replacement for
garlic bread Also might be great with a salad. I wish you lived closer, I'd just come to your house to eat |

Yo wouldn't go hungry and you would shrink lol Yo can eat it own it's own or as a small side just take add the cals and ntrients to yor meal. I love this bread as it's great for sandwiches as it's fast and look at the nutrient and ingredient label, can't get much better in a bread. I only eat 3 breads regularily, Ezekiel, this and the sandwich thins I've posted before. |

I have followed the p 90 x nutrition guide. Buy the meal lay outs for each meal. The only thing that saves me a little is I substitute a protein shake for a meal a day..for the next five days for lunch and dinner and or breakfast the meal plan was 300.00. I definetly am gonna try a few of your recipes. I'm on the fat burning stagemformthe first month then I will move to energy boost after. But if you have a list of meals for a week for under 15 deneros I'm all ears lol..

6 chicken breasts are under 10 bucks, a few dozen eggs 6 bucks, a tub of oatmeal a few bucks tons of veggies, not much, a salmon fillet, some flank steaks and you're off to a great start for about the cost of a DD breakfast sandwich, big mac meal and a pizza and soda, hardly even a days food lol. |
