Ok, so you left out some big details. Have you even called your dealer yet? From what I've read, you have an issue that needs to be addressed under warranty. Are you under the impression that mechanical issues are only a problem with American cars or 1LE's? I've owned vehicles from just about every manufacturer and country of origin (except Korea and those funny looking cars from Sweden). None of them were perfect and without at least an issue or two.

Relax, call your dealer and work with them to get the car repaired. If you don't get resolution after rationally approaching this problem, then you have a right to complain. So far I haven't read any rational attempt at resolution.

...if this OP is not a troll (he has 154 posts here) then the above noted is the best advice...

I think it has more to do with the fact that he posted one thread about his problem, then made another thread telling people not to buy a 1LE without first reading his other thread about his problem.

Why would someone have to do that?

I agree that what he has to do is go to the dealer and get it fixed if there is a problem, instead of coming on here and ranting about it and telling people not to buy a 1LE because of the problem only one person is having.

It's the same reason people post up the same sale thread in different sections. He figured that by creating the 2nd thread it would produce more exposure. Also with the amount of activity here in this forum, he probably thought it was easier to create a new thread to have it "on top" than it was to bump up his original.
