warranty question

My headliner is starting to come off or peel. And the orange leather on my driver seat is peeling. Is this covered under warranty.

It should be your mods shouldn't affect your interior warranty they might not cover the seat

Seat they might say is normal wear and tear, but the headliner is definitely covered.

Its on a part of the seat that I normally don't come in contact with. I should say its flaking rather than peeling.

Thanks for the input, fellas

Should be covered if you're still within your 36/36K bumper to bumper coverage. Extended coverage often won't cover cosmetic problems, however.

What day did you buy the car? I ask because if your camaro is an 11 I don't even think they were building MY11 camaros this time 3 years ago. Model year production usually starts in late June/July

Your right Stig. 36/36 is good until 8-14 of this year. There was a mix up with the vin. All will be covered. Thanks again guys.

Hello JEFF75645,

I recommend getting in to see a dealer about both issues as they would need to diagnose whether they're defective before warranty. Both could very well be covered. Rock on and The Stig both make valid points as well.
