dispatched to a railcar.

Thanks Becky, it was yesterday when I spoke to them (GM Customer Service) they gave me that info, so today I call them and all they can tell me is the vehicle "IS being produced, and it IS a...... get this........ wait for it. ............ A CAMARO! LOL!

they are clueless, then to top it off I ask where he is located and he says "The Philipines" that kinda disturbs me, especially being I am a small business owner that is family to several GM retirees, a family that has happened to of loyaly purchased over 27 new GM vehicles.

I know, I know, I will cheer up and save that soap box rant for another day!

maybe I need a new 1-800 # to call next time?

If a car has been shipped how do you find out what rail car it is on so it can be treacked now days. Also, what is the history of the build for this number?

It's letters of the railcar id. e.g. You might be told the railcar is ETTX1234. The initials would be ETTX.

The delivery has already been reported by the
dealer so I can't see any of the status' anymore.
Your dealer should be able to get the railcar info
for you by looking at the event history for your
order. They can also print that history for you.
