It was almost 4 years ago, I don't recall what my dealer told me other than "Please make the survey with excellent marks"

They never sent one to me.

I didn't but that's what they charge. It was already in the tires and I refused to pay for it

All the above posts are why I never go to a dealer for work. Learn to turn a wrench and do it yourself.

Exclamation

The damage was from the other stealership we obtained the car from and we will fix.

I had to pay another stealership to fix after several attempts from the place of purchase and I still need to have more work done.

Hampton Chevrolet you would think after buying 5 vehicles from their establishment we would have gotten better service

Back in 2012, when I bought my SS, I really wanted the ZL1. They had one M6 coupe and the dealer told me they were only making 500 so their asking price of 75K was a "steal"..

The crazy thing is someone actually bought it, so I'm not sure who is the bigger idiot...

We can only give you 500 of the 1000 Chevy rebate.... because someone has to pay the power bill...

This. I never hold the clutch at a red light.

Dealer said..Gm tells us the bermbos always squeak really loud.....they are noisey..I said...look , the old junk I used to drive squealed when the brake pads wear down. I know the difference . Had the back brakes serviced .....no noise ..funny.

My dealer is pretty awesome. I don't think they've ever said anything stupid to me.

I always go into neutral and release clutch while at a stop unless I know it will only be for a few seconds.

When I bought my SS the salesperson pointed the traction control button and said, "never push that button you don't need to worry about what that is".

Last time I was at the dealer he tried explaining the trim levels and engine types to me and was completely wrong and arguing with me about how the L99 is the manual and the LS3 is an automatic. Telling me the automatic puts out more horsepower bla bla bla and was even more confused about the actual trim levels. Honestly it doesn't surprise me at all because I know the cars on that lot better than the salesmen do themselves. They've been trying to sell a Zl1 they've had there for over a year for 80k and every time I'm in there I tell them they'll never sell it but they tell me every time it's a super rare collectible car and some one will buy it. Morons.
