$850 Wax??

Was just treating myself to some car care products and came across this wax from Chemical Guys.

http://www.chemicalguys.com/CAR_WAX_...AX_p/n_002.htm

$849 LOL! Anyone tried it or know anyone who has? The container alone must cost $100.

That's cheap for premium carnauba wax. Take a look at Zymol and Swissvax premium waxes, and hold on to your wallet.

$850 for carnauba wax is a misprint print,I bought this from Adam's work's great you can't even get tape to stick to the paint.

Yea no way I could justify spending that much. I cringe at $50 for wax.

I was planning on giving that Adams wax a try, but they are out of it at the moment.

Trying out Pete's '53 Black Pearl. Suppose to be awesome for dark colors:

Petes' 53 is very good wax, as is their 50/50. Americana gets rave reviews as well.

Americana is fantastic. It's better than anything I've ever used in the last 25 years.

That other stuff is just ridiculous as soon as you go over $100 per 8oz you need to have your head checked.

The Patriot wax Adams has might be worth it but too much for me. If I was filthy rich that would probably be my upper end of cost.

Yikes! And I thought Zaino was expensive. It has held up well for me on my DD so probably stay with that for now. Maybe after I win the lottery and get that C7...
