My girl is making a funny noise

Fellow C5 Bros/sis I have a little dilemma here. Lately I've been noticing a rattling from under my car. Also I keep hearing a faint-like whistling sound (a squeak is a close as I'm can describe it) when ever going over bumpy roads. When driving on smooth roads I rarely hear it.

Driving in NYC it's kinda of hard to avoid potholes. I was thinking maybe it could be my shocks/struts going, or maybe something else with my suspension.

Any thoughts? Thxs in advance!

Loose or failing sway bar end links commonly cause "rattling", I would take a look at those. Not sure about the "whistling" sounds!?!?!?

rattling could also be a loose heat shield.

That could be a possibility as well . Cause I remember on my old Beamer that was the cause .

I'm wondering if that faint squeak/whistle sound could be coming from shock/struts maybe going? Just wondering? Car is a 2011 v6 nearing 60,000 miles

I've never looked under my camaro to see how they're attached, but sometimes they use clamps that will rust, and sometimes they weld them. the welds don't usually break, but I've heard of it happening on other cars.
