Smile 1/4 times for Forced 6s with IPS questions

Hey guys,
I've been tentatively lurking for a loooong time and have been extremely jealous of what you guys do BUT i'll be joining one day

i just want to know what kind of 1/4 times the IPS kit is capable of.

Will a straight bolt with supporting suspension mods is capable of making the 12 second bracket? would e85 and cams be necessary? and finally, can cats be fabricated for the sake of passing EPA tests without too much problem?

IPS?? IPS is the Twin turbo, you'll definitely be in the 12's. IPF is the Supercharger, with Headers and suspension mods you'll be low 13 high 12's . I have BBK Headers with low res cats, had them over 3 years, Supercharger over a year , so far cats are still holding up.

Could probably hit high 11s with good tires and a competent driver honestly. 12s all day. Cams don't work in the LFX unfortunately, unless you're talking a custom grind. And no to E85 but I'm sure it could help.

If you really wanted more than 500whp you would just need the LF3 high pressure fuel pump (and forged internals for safety).

I haven't taken it to the track yet, but if I were to guess my time I would say from 12 to 12.5 seconds and would trap anywhere from 115 mph to 120ish

Hey Gee, Skulka222 got his work done at IPS along with myself. There isn't really anyone around in New England that does real speed shop work on the V6 especially the LLT. Supposedly J & M Motorsports in Manchester CT can tune the LLT with HP Tuners
