I have a 91 camaro RS 5.0L 305 V8. I have changed the spark plugs, rotor, distributor cap, and fuel filter. When I turn the key on, I hear the fuel pump hum. I have also reversed the fuel pump relays. All it would do is turnover, but it still won't start. It has been idle for about six months without being cranked, with seaform in the gas tank. What do I need to do in order for it to start again?

Have somebody spray starting fluid into the tbi. If it starts you have a fuel problem. If not, you have a ignition problem. Start there and if you have any more questions come back and I'll be glad to help.
