The Gforce Fabricated 9" IRS

Thought I would talk a little about what makes the Gforce 9" IRS kits #1 in the market and show off a few photo's of our kits.

The Gforce 9" kits have been on the market for years now, over the years we have refined our kit in many ways making it better and better.
Over a year ago we decided to make several upgrades standard in our 9" kit packages.
One of those big moves was the introduction of our Level 5 Outlaw axles that now come standard in all of our 9" kits.
If we used Levels like other brands on the market these would be Level 10's to compare.
Our Level 5 axles come with 31 spline axle bars, the largest axle bars on the market. Others use 30 spline and are smaller.
Our Level 5 axles come with our own billet 31 spline cv center stars.
The combination of a huge axle bar and our billet cv internals make our Level 5's indestructible.
Nobody has ever broken one of our Level 5 axles.. ever

We made a change to an axle material similar to 300m but stronger, it is a proprietary material of our own design. Maybe someday we will give it a cool name.
Ford was so impressed with our Level 5 Axles that they gave Gforce the contract to supply Ford Racing with OEM replacement axles for the new Mustang, our axles recently were in the very first Shelby GT that sold for $1M at Barrett Jackson.

We made our 35 spline inner stubs standard, the 35 spline stubs are considerably larger then any other stub on the market.
Again, we have never had anybody break one of our 35 spline inner stubs, ever..

We made the Strange Pro Iron center standard in our kits. The Strange Pro Iron is a heavy duty case, the Strange Street case is not and is why we do not supply them with our kit.

Our kits come standard with the Strange S-Trac 35 spline posi, it has a lifetime warranty.

Speaking of warranty, our kits come with our Lifetime warranty, by far the best in the business. Were very proud of our products and stand behind them 100%.

Our housings, all of our housings are all jig located and tig welded. Every piece is either laser cut or cnc machined.

The Gforce Engineering Fabricated 9" IRS kit is the bad boy of 9" kits, our kit comes standard with the following:
  • Fabricated housing, all tig welded.
  • Powder coated to your choice of color.
  • BMR Poly bushings.
  • No cutting or welding, bolts right in.
  • 35 Spline inner stubs, the largest on the market.
  • Our Level 5 1500+hp Outlaw axles, the biggest and strongest on the market.
  • Strange Pro Iron center, not a street case like other brands.
  • Strange S-Trac 35 Spline posi with Lifetime warranty.
  • Your choice of gears (3.25, 3.50, 3.73 and 3.90 are common choices)
  • 3.5" Aluminum driveshaft, or upgrade to a 4" or even a carbon fiber.

Does the fabricated housing save weight? And is it available with the aluminum center section? My Moser aluminum center section is pretty strong and is quite a bit lighter in my Moser 9" in my 85 T/A.

The fabricated housing doesnt save weight, it was designed to not distort under severe abuse.
Using the Strange Pro HD pumpkin will save some weight though, about 15 lbs over the Iron pumpkin. When using the aluminum pumpkin the center weighs about 116 lbs and is only about 20 lbs heavier then stock

Thanks, that's the number I was looking for. My Vert is heavy enough without adding the all iron ZL1 driveline kit. But I don't know how much that weighs over stock.

We are currently offering the complete kit with a Strange Pro Iron pumpkin shipped to the lower 48 states, I have PM you the price. This is the best price on the market for a 9" IRS conversion.

Were also working very hard at having a 7-10 day turn around time on kits, our plan is to have 5 kits in stock at any given time.
We will soon have a good selection of prebuilt kits with the most popular gear ratios already set up ready to go, once we get to that point it will just be a matter of days before we can get a kit out.

Chris offers the best products and service available. I stand behind GForce 100% and can tell you don't even bother looking anywhere else but GForce.
