Brand new ZL1 won't start!! Help!!

Just picked up my new 2015 Z yesterday at the dealer. When I went to leave the stabilitrak error came on and car went into reduced power mode. It only has 10 miles!! Service department checked it out and said it must be just a hick up and it's working fine now. I reluctantly say ok, and go to leave, and the car won't start. I get the service manager to come over, and the car starts. No codes, so they can't do anything. I drive off, and stop about 30 mins down the road. Come back out to the car after lunch and same thing...no start, stabilitrak code again. After about 15 mins of trying to start the car, checking the fuses, and battery connections, it finally starts, only now the check engine light is on. Drive to the next gas station and am there for another 15-20 mins trying to start the car. Drive a couple more hours and everything seems to be working. Starts right up no problems the rest of the day, about 5 times. This morning I go out and she fires right up again. Woohoo, I think. Then I go to get breakfast...after I eat,I come out and she doesn't start again. Stabilitrak error, and park assist error. WTF!! After about 25 mins, it finally starts, only now there is a check engine light again. I can't take it back to the dealer I bought it from, since they are 300 miles away. I bought it from them and will be shipping it overseas with me. Anybody have any clues as to what could be the problem. Please help. I need to get this fixed before shipping it overseas!!!
As of now there's only about 300 miles on the car. This really sucks.

Any GM dealer can deal with it.

Jump on dealerrater.com and look for a good Cadillac dealer close to you. You will have time to do this since no service departments are open on Sunday.

Thanks guys. Is this a known issue with a quick fix, or is it something that will probably take a week or more to figure out?

Did you ck the ground to the engine? It's on the passenger side and hooks up by the fuse box... To eliminate a bad ground, use a jumper cable from the engine to the body...

Thanks, I'll check that out.

Just really didn't expect to have to troubleshoot a brand new car.

When it is having this issue, take video or at least pictures of the display, that way they cannot say.

If you got a CEL then the evidence is already in there, go have a dealer hook it up to the diagnostics

This may help..

New car you shouldn't have to do this yourself, but if you have no trouble codes, sometimes you dig in...

Me either...only 3 days old with just over 300 miles. Problem started at 10 miles! Brand new car I ordered a couple months ago and just picked up.

Thanks for the diagram hammdo. Where can I get a service manual for my Z? I'm taking her to Germany very shortly, and if I have problems, it'd be nice to fix it myself instead of depending on the local GM dealers who have no clue about my car.

On another note, I took the girl to get a bath today. After I was done, I got the reduced power mode again. Sounded like she was running on 2 cylinders. Shut her down, dried her off, then tried again...after sitting for about 20mins, she fired right up and ran good. Just a CEL showing now. I just don't get it. I'll check the ground tomorrow if I can get under there. I looked where the ground is connected to the fuse block, and it was tight, just need to check the other end now. It's kinda hard here on base right now for me to do anything. Thanks for all the help from everybody here.

ok, so i just went out and verified that the ground cable is connected and is tight. I also read somewhere on the site about a plug wire could be loose, so I checked all those as well. All were good and tight. Looks like a trip to the dealer is in order. I was really hoping to not have to do that...

Anyone have a dealer in Tampa they can recommend?
