Just got off the phone with Rick from Rudolph Chevy.

Brand new. Slightly over Msrp, but not by very much. Far, far lower than what others are marking up in the area.

They are trying to get the cars moving along. I went on Sat. to see about buying the black 1ss and they weren't trying to go over msrp. If you're interested, call.
