They are the top picture. Gloss Matte finish, not flat.

Headlight Covers
I see these offered by many vendors, however the "option" for the additional
silver highlighting around the lenses doesn't seem to be offered anymore.Does anyone know a vendor that sells these with the optional silver highlights? Thanks Whitey
