The extensions over the lights are painted white by the dealer, is this some sort of base grill you paid someone to paint?

The grille was purchased unpainted, and was painted the way I wanted. Didn't like color on the extensions.
Price does include the bowtie landing pad and hardware which would cost an additional $80 purchased separately here
