Looking for advice on a big dilemma!
Hey guys, I really need some help. I am in a big dilemma over here. I need a car by the beginning of August but preferably by end of July. So I have been looking for a 2017 Camaro with the options I want but I waited this long, so why not just buy a 2018 Camaro right. So, I went to 4.7 rated dealership 30 min away from my house to test drive the 2017 Camaro. I loved the car but with the 2018 in mind, I contacted the salesman and he said that by the end of April, I can order one.
Another problem is that I haven’t talked to him about the price or anything yet because I cant find any info on the options or the prices on the 2018 version. I plan to finance the car, but the max I can spend out the door is 30k or 31k after the incentives and haggling. I am looking at an LT with the V6 engine with an RS package, which is more than enough for me. I keep asking myself, is the 2018 version going to be worth the wait. Options I want – Hyper Blue Metallic RS package V6 Dual-mode performance exhaust 20" 5-spoke, low-gloss Black aluminum wheels With the options I want, can I get a 30k or 31K out the door deal for a 2018 LT Camaro? If I order one in April, will I get the car by beginning of August or by end of July. (I heard productions starts June) Should I just drop the idea of ordering a 2018 model because of my budget, time and think about ordering or finding a 2017 version with the options I want? I found a 2017 camaro at the dealership I mentioned above for 26,844 with all the incentives and rebates. The only problem which I really do not mind is the color. This one is a "Nightfall" color. http://www.vanngannawaychevrolet.com/VehicleDetails/new-2017-Chevrolet-Camaro-2dr_Cpe_1LT-Eustis-FL/2818259053 It will be so helpful, if everyone can chip in some advice or info.
