Help! Broken Shock Mount on Suburban!

I have looked everywhere for a fix or a replacement for a rear shock mount on my 1994 Suburban 1500. I put the Camaro in the garage and brought out the Burb. Notices a rattle so took a look back there and noticed the mount had rusted off Anyways it is welded to the frame is there anyone here that may know what I can do to fix it. The Mount is shot and the frame may have metal not sure though. Any help would be great. Thanks
