1 year ago today I bought my 2010 SGM Camaro - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Since then it has been driven 21,750 miles. It has seen Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Las Vegas Blvd, The Las Vegas Sign, UNLV, The empty lot from The Hangover, The Big Texan, The Cadillac Graveyard, Crater Lake, Gettysburg, Bristol Motor Speedway, City Diner in Chattanooga, TN. Brett Farve's hometown in Mississippi, Garth Brooks place in Oklahoma, Memphis, Cowboy Stadium, Harpers Ferry, WV., York, Pa., prolly some other places I missed.

Still on the original tires, and brakes. Greased the passenger seat tracks due to the infamous squeak. Other than oil changes and dealer service stuff no issues.

Only odd issue is a dash rattle and only at certain rpms. Drivers side up where the dash meets the windshield.

So after a year I still get comments at gas stations, parking lots and little kids craning their heads to see it. Pictures still get taken from people in other cars on the road. I get more questions about how many were made, did it come from the factory that way etc than any car I have ever owned.

It fits right in a car shows, county fairs, and anywhere there are groups of people who love cars.

Still an amazing car, and still a dream car I am grateful to GM/Chevrolet for making.

Looking forward to another year of road trips and smiles! Here's to the permagrin.

Happy Anniversary to your Camaro... it's a great feeling isn't it! Hard to believe a year has gone by already (mine was one year old yesterday!).

good to hear! my camaro turns 1 october 15th. it is my dd and i just hit 7,432 miles on it. as you can tell just to work and some cruises and that is it for my car so far.
