I am planning to buy an imperial blue later this week, and just wanted to check if this car has the RS package.. I only have this single pic.

Yep! It has Halos.
Also should have a red RS in the grill and on the rear deck lid.

yes ,it looks like it has halo's. It will have red rs emblems on the back deck and in the grill to the drivers side.

Would that happen to be Potamkin chevy? If it is my uncle is a mechanic there.

Look like halo headlights to me. Does the car have a spoiler?

BTW, the equipment that makes up the RS package is:

HID headlights w/ halo Rings
20 x 8 front & 20 x 9 rear painted alluminum alloy rims w/ midnight silver finish
roof ditch molding painted same color as body
rear spoiler
darker tail lights
