I would wait and see if anyone even says anything. Then look for the HOA rule on sound, and if you decide to fix it, I would go mufflers + cut-outs.

Sadly, HOA's usually win. Maybe look for a good deal on a used cat back or stock system and add some hi flo cats.

You have a manual transmission, as you drive in/out of the complex use lower rpms. Your car is going to be loud, we know that, but keeping lower rpms until you off the property will help keep some noise down. Otherwise, find out what decibel level your car idles at to have for meetings and show it's lower than city/county law. If you're doing what you can to keep it down, it may show in their minds 'at least he's not revving it up.' just my 2 pennies

used to have headers and duals on my old pontiac,and left for work at 330 a.m. one day my neighbor about 3 houses up said'Your car sounds really good when you leave for work".dont know if she was being sarcastic or not but it was never mentioned again.
