Anyone know of a 10 rib Pulley system????

Is anyone offering a 10 rib pulley sysetem for ls3 yet? I have gone to a really small pulley on my Maggie and am worried of belt slippage. I want to convert to a 10 rib to help with this matter. Anyone know of any out there or coming out?

Innovators West offers an 8 rib system, but I don't see a 10 rib on their site.

Yeah if your getting belt slip with an 8rib then its time to upgrade blowers as the maggie isnt going to handle the boost or impeller speed your at for much longer

Check with Lingenfelter - I think they are doing a 10 or 14 rib set up for one of our members right now. I would trust what they are doing

What does belt slippage have to do with the Maggie holding up? I am running 12psi and the maggie will have no issues with this. The belt is slipping because the pulley is so small and the tensioner doesn'r grip tight enough. A 10 rib pulley and new tensioner will fix it and do some research as 12psi isnt too much on the maggie.

He isn't saying 12 psi is too much for the maggie. He is saying that it isnt necessary to go up to a 10 rib set up until you are at much higher psi because the impellar speed will be so much higher. He is basically telling you that you just need another tensioner.

Put a bigger pulley on the front and increase the ratio on the rear. Easier, cheaper, better. I believe Magnuson may even have a cog setup for the back-side, give them a call.

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering offers a 10 rib front and a 14 rib rear. Give them a call 260-724-2552.

What size pulley are you using and how much power are you looking for? I'm at a 2.9", but only seeing 8.5 psi.

I had the 3.0 pulley and pulled 10psi consistently across entire range. I now have the 2.8 and it is rated at 12psi. I am not sure why you are only showing 8.5 that is kinda odd. Are yWe have several TVS 2300 Pulleys in stock, ready to ship from these pulley sizes below:

- 3.10" pulley: expect 2.0 psi. more boost over stock pulley -Total boost 9.0 psi
- 3.00" pulley: expect 3.0 psi. more boost over stock pulley -Total boost 10.0 psi
- 2.90" pulley: expect 4.0 psi. more boost over stock pulley -Total boost 11.0 psi
- 2.80" pulley: expect 5.0 psi. more boost over stock pulley -Total boost 12.0 psi
- 2.70" pulley: expect 6.0 psi. more boost over stock pulley -Total boost 13.0 psi ou running the 1900 or 2300? I am running the 2300 and here is a list of pulleys and how much boost they produce over stock pulley:

12psi is not too much for the maggie and is why you have no issues. Try going to 20+psi and see what happens. What I was trying to say is that if you need a 10rib setup than your boost is way too high for the maggie to hold up at that range. 10 rib setups are for 26+ psi. If your running more than 26psi on a high flow(obviosly worked) LS engine than the impeller speed will be way out of the operating range of the maggie. Not to mention that the maggie will not be able to flow that much air and will be maxed out on power. Maxed out on power + maxed impeller speed=blower upgrade time. Under 20psi and 700rwhp im sure the maggie does great but if you need a 10rib then your way past what that blower can do for you. Save your money and just get the 8 rib upgrade as this will take you as far as you can go.

I've been trying to come up with a suggestion/answer to the OP, but your post sums it perfectly. An 8 Rib will fit the bill. I had this discussion with Brian from Maggie a long time ago, why TVS2300 is 6 and not 8 Rib, and he said for stock engine and 7lb boost 6 Rib is sufficient, but once you go past 10lb, I'd go with 8 Rib. I hope you're not running 12lb on stock bottom.

Not making a lot of boost, but it is making a lot of power. 670+ at the wheels. We saw less than 5 psi on the stock 2300 blower pulley. If you're looking for more power, you might consider a good blower cam and exhaust upgrades. Those changes made me a believer. That would lower the boost and heat while upping the power. Belt slip would be less too.

LPE's 10 rib is going to retail around $2700.00 ... Innovators west will have there 8 rib setup done here in a week or so. I just mailed them the PS pulley for them to use. I will let everyone know when its done. There kit will be $1100.00 and you can opt. for a 10% overdrive on the crank pulley.
