Just this week, my work blocked Camaro 5 for some reason.

Is there a porn section I don't know about??

I can still get to moderncamaro..??

Oh man I hope this doesn't happen at my work, they have been picking off my daily sites one-by-one. . .my sanity can't afford to lose this one!

I'm glad I am the boss. I know how much I'm on it at work. If I had a bunch of employee's with internet access I would block it too.

Why don't people work... at work? Maybe I'm just a prude, but I am sick of seeing people surf the web when there is work to be done. I've seen cops that play video games while on duty... Co-workers posting blogs during working hours.

I thought Americans 'get it'. We work the hardest, so we can play the hardest... but it seems we are losing our way.

Someone recently started a thread entitled PORN... that's probably why. a keyword filter probably killed it.

I'll change the title of the thread. Maybe that will help.

I work in a small hospital and we have a lot of down time. I mean days without a patient. I hope they don't ever block this sight. We can't do E-bay or facebook or shutterfly or a lot of other shopping sights. Can't do games either. This is all I have left. And I am addicted. Plus I work nights, gotta stay awake somehow!

If everyone excelled to the same level, some of us would never move up. Ideally, those of us that put in the hour and have the work ethic should get promoted. Every group of people in every country has people that excel and people that slack. I'm not worried about everyone else at work unless everyone else interferes with my job. That's why I will be moving into a better place soon.

That's most likely the cause of the block. The majority of monitor/filter software packages out there work on keywords. Once it's blocked, that's it. The site URL goes into a database and it's there until someone removes it. I used to manage the system at a previous job and it was always fun reading the reports of where people go and how much time they spend on those sites. Oh, the phone calls I would get would just amaze you. But that's another thread.

Just use a proxy site to view this forum or facebook anything.

My old supervisors at waste management use to look at porn in the nightshifts lol. And they were banning sites we all used to use every week. It was quite annoying.
