Tempted to yank it out of storage

It's going to be like 40 freaking degrees tomorrow!

Been a month and a half, and I'm jonesin' for a hit of Camaro really bad.

It is kinda dusty, it could use a drive-through wash....and I probably should fill up the tank again, it's down to 3/4 from the time I've spent idling it.

What do you guys think?

Make sure you got insurance on it! And have fun!!

Also, I would have just left the title of this thread as... "Tempted to yank it..."

I'm getting mine out on saturday because it's supposed to be pretty nice in Pa where I live.
It won't hurt it. Just wash before you put it back.

I'm taking mine on the road to kentucky tomorrow from IL. It's suppose to be in the mid 40's all week. I'm ready to show off the new paint job and engine compartment to the boys back home.

It was sunny and 50 today so I gave in to my temptation and took her out for a spin. I was glad to drive her again but the roads were nasty. I went to the car wash and gave her a good bath, put her away and vowed not to take her out till the roads are clear once again. A vow I will probably break the next spring like day we have.

Never put mine away...except on the snowy days. So long as the roads are dry outside my neighborhood, I am driving the Camaro. That's why I passed on the RS package, so I could have fun year-round.

It was 42 here today and I drove home at lunch and pulled it out so I could drive it back to work. It has been cold, snowing, raining and nasty for weeks. I just missed her.

Yeah, with the warmer weather (and no snow)...I'm thinking now would be a good time to take it out for a spin (recharge the battery, iron out the flat spots on the tires, and burn some of the gas).

But the real reason would be to stop getting these ridiculous emails from OnStar...(but I do crack up every time I read it):

We haven't heard from your vehicle this month. See below for some possible reasons why.

Your vehicle communicates with us each month, so we can email you valuable diagnostic and maintenance information.
You may receive this email any day now,
but if you don't, then consider the reasons listed in the diagnostic section below:

I have a daily driver but I try to take my SS out at least once a week whenever it's over 40 degrees and the roads are dry and salt free. Watch out for those drive through car washes ! I took mine to the new car wash in town-They told me the 20" polished rims may get damaged from the wheel guides. Someone else on camaro5 posted their SS wheels were damaged this way.
