+1 It doesnt work at all i just carefully let it go and not let the fuel cap scrub the paint. I used the sunvisor the other day. I did have a good chuckle seeing how small it was. The clip on the seat that holds the seatbelt always unclips its right up there. Over all though car is simply amazing.

Works for me. I hang it by the 'string' part on that hook and it hasnt fallen off yet.

I was thinking that stupid message that keeps blocking the DIC telling you there may be ice if the temp is below 37 degrees.

Volume control on the steering wheel.

If you wanted me to have both hands on the wheel at all times why sell me a manual transmission?

Is it that much of a stretch to reach the volume knob?

I posted something about the tiny visors several months ago. Something along the lines of "I nominate the 2010 Camaro for having the smallest sun visors ever installed in a car." FBodfather came into the thread pretty quickly and advised that they were made the size they are due to crash safety regulations regarding head injuries. Any larger, he said, and they could be dangerous in a wreck.

But I still think they could have been made longer and maybe extendible to cover more real estate. I still get blinded on the way to work pretty regularly when the sun shines in between the passenger visor and the mirror. Quite a gap there.

Maybe for you but if you have a GPS system to use in the car, its pretty nice to have it mute the stereo and speak through the speakers

What do you mean by engine heater? You actually disconnected the heat in your car? Might you ever have to defog your windows?????? These cars don't come with a plug in block heater IIRC??

Until you are racing the car and the nanny takes over and screws up your lap time. All electronic nannies should have an off switch, doesn't mean you must use it.

As for the front cup holder on an LS3. I use mine to hold my cell phone. In an SS2 it is about the only open spot due to the gauges.
If you use your rear defroster you've turned it on, and many places you will get morning dew or mist on your car, this feature evaporates that water off fast so you can use the mirrors without having to get out and wipe them off. And some of us do drive our cars in the snow.

LOL serious. Not to be at odds or anything but seems like the 1SS owners are so content and happy and the 2SS guys are always whining and having problems lol.
