The DeNooyer Chevrolet Performance Division and Redline Motorsports are pleased to announce our HTR600 Serial #012.
This HTR600 has a few added goodies thrown in the package including a pedders suspension,Fast LSx 102 Intake, and short throw shifter. This car was originally built for a car collector. We ended up building a Topgun ZR1 for him after this car was completed and he ended up trading it back in for the Modified ZR1. ( The collector is available if any questions arise. This car was built to his personal specifications) This car also comes with a complete record of the build process including exclusive pictures and documentation of the build. The DeNooyer Chevrolet Performance Division is the only franchised Chevrolet Dealer in the Country that produces LS7 427 CI and 454 LSX conversions. We are also the only modifier that offers a 3YR/36,000 mile warranty. www.denooyerperformancedivision.comAll of our cars are serial numbered and certified for future collectability. Read about us in Hemmings Muscle Machines.http://www.denooyerperformancedivisi...ines-magazine/We also produced the first ever 454 CI LSX Camaro. As seen on LSX TVhttp://www.denooyerperformancedivisi...lsx-tv-forums/Look for us in the April issue of the Dupont Registryhttp://www.denooyerperformancedivisi...ine-in-dupont/Enough about us lets talk more about the HTR600!! Our HTR-600 is the ultimate modern day throw back to the iconic 1969 era! With the cars retro styling and cues from the 1969 Camaro, it was only fitting that it be powered by a powerplant that meant business! The LS7 427 found a new home…..Thanks to GM Powertrain, using valuable data gleaned from the factory-sponsored Corvette C5R racing program, developed the LS7 with many competition-derived components and design features. It takes production small-block performance to an unprecedented level while demonstrating the continuing adaptability of the engine's compact, cam-in-block design. It is, quite simply, the largest, most powerful production small-block V-8 GM has ever produced. The LS7 displaces 7.0 liters - 427 cubic inches - and is standard equipment in the 2006 to 2010 Corvette Z06. It is based on the new Gen IV small-block architecture. The unique block accommodates large-displacement cylinders, while other components make use of racing-derived lightweight components to help boost horsepower and rpm capability. The HTR 600 LS7's specifications are significant for a modern day warrior engine:
  • 625 BHP horsepower @ 6200 rpm
  • 7000-rpm redline
  • Unique engine block with larger 104.8-mm (4.125-inch) bores and pressed-in cylinder liners
  • Forged steel crankshaft with 101.6-mm (4-inch) stroke
  • Titanium connecting rods
  • Cast aluminum flat-top pistons
  • Racing-derived CNC-ported aluminum cylinder heads with titanium intake valves and sodium-filled exhaust valves
  • 11.0:1 compression ratio
  • Camshaft with (.635-inch) lift
  • 1 7/8” Stainless steel exhaust headers with unique "quad flow" collector flanges.
  • High Capacity Air Intake system.
Special consideration has been focused on the race inspired aluminum cylinder heads. The LS7's CNC-ported aluminum cylinder heads are all-new and designed to meet the high airflow demands of the engine's 7.0-liter displacement. To ensure optimal, uninterrupted airflow, the LS7 has straight, tunnel-like intake runners. Very large by production-vehicle standards, the ports are designed to maintain fast airflow velocity, providing excellent torque at low rpm and exhilarating horsepower at high rpm. Their design is yet another legacy of the Corvette C5R racing program. The heads feature 70-cc combustion chambers that are fed by huge, 56-mm-diameter titanium intake valves. The lightweight titanium valves each weigh 21 grams less than the stainless steel valves used in the LS2, despite the valve head having 22 percent more area. They are complemented by 41-mm sodium-filled exhaust valves (vs. 39.4-mm valves in the LS2). To accommodate the large valve face diameters, the heads' valve seats are siamesed; and, taken from experience with the engines of C5R racecars, the LS7's valve angles are held at 12 degrees to enhance airflow through the ports.Complete CNC porting of each cylinder head is performed on state-of-the-art five-axis milling machines, which carve out the intake ports, exhaust ports and combustion chambers with mathematical precision. All LS7 engines are assembled by hand at GM's new Performance Build Center in Wixom , Mich. The exacting standards to which they are built include deck-plate boring and honing of the cylinders and even crank line-boring of the block with the deck plates and side bolts installed - procedures normally associated with the building of racing engines and almost unheard of in a production-vehicle engine. Redline Motorsports enhances the stout foundation to higher power output through some internal upgrades to improve engines breathing capability.Considering the weight that the current 5th Gen Camaro has, this powerplant combination is a thrill for spirited driving as well as daily use. With the support of Redline Motorsports and the years of dealership performance heritage from DeNooyer Chevrolet, these HTR Camaros that are exclusively distributed through the DeNooyer Performance Division and brining history back! Complete HTR600 package: Package Profile:The HTR-600 is described as a great daily driver with outstanding power through the whole power curve. With the lightweight Titanium parts used in this world class engine, burst to 6800 rpms really excite the feel of the Camaro. The car’s lumpy idle will also bring back memories!Package Includes:
  • Modified new LS7 ZO6 engine engine.
  • Custom Ground RLMS roller camshaft.
  • Dual Valve springs with titanium retainers, locks and keepers.
  • ATI Performance crank balancer.
  • 1 7/8″ Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers with High Flow Cats and 3″ mid section.

Additional added equiptment:

Fast 102 LSx Intake

FAST™ engineers teamed up with airflow specialists at RHS™ to develop a polymer intake manifold for rectangular port GM LS7 engines. Testing on a 500ci LSX engine with LS7 heads and a Big Mouth 102mm Throttle Body™ this manifold produced gains of 26 RWHP over the stock intake. The LSXR™ 102mm Intake Manifold features a three-piece modular design that allows easy disassembly and porting. Extensive testing led to a runner design that is longer and less restrictive and gives the user the ability to remove individual runners from the manifold for modification.
Constructed from the same advanced polymer material as the LSX™ 92mm Intake Manifold, the LSXR™ offers a host of benefits over aluminum aftermarket intakes, including lighter weight, increased strength and improved heat dissipating characteristics. While the LSXR™ features a 102mm air inlet that is perfectly suited to the FAST™ Big Mouth 102mm Throttle Body™, it can also be used with stock or aftermarket 90mm or 92mm throttle bodies. Other features include integrated nitrous bungs and perfect bolt-on fitment that allows the use of factory accessories without modification or clearance concerns.

Pedders XA coil over suspension

Pedders eXtreme Xa Features

46mm High Pressure Nitrogen Monotube Construction for incredible control. Pedders R & D insisted the Xa line would be the best. They did not compromise that standard. Set to position 10 the Xa coilovers are approximately matched to Pedders GSR valving. These are adjustable up and down the Critical Damping Scale and dial in more comfort or control.

30 Positive Position Damping Adjustment eliminates the possibility of adjustment error. It is as simple as turning the knob and clicking down to zero and then counting the clicks up. There are no soft settings, no need to estimate how many degrees the valve adjustment has been turned, no doubts that it is set right. Positive clicks each and every time.

Threaded Tube / Mount Height Adjustment delivers consistent spring rate and ride quality. The Xa line requires only 2mm of spring load. Suspension travel remains the same regardless of the selected ride height. This is class leading technology.

OEM Compatible Bracketry so that your brake line and ABS fittings clip into place just like they did from the factory. Did you expect anything less from Pedders?

High Strength Steel Strut Clevis Design for Optimal Strength is a standard feature in the Xa line. The Xa construction is robust. We know how you drive. We drive the same way.

Top Mounts are Included in most applications. The G8 Xa kit comes complete with Pedders Best in Class 5851 Strut Mount and 5030 Bearings assembled with 2mm of spring load ready to install. Some application require the use of a factory mount or plate. That is the case with the G8 rear strut. See the fitting notes by application for specifics on you vehicle.

Advanced Alloy Motorsport Coils are would with Pedders Precision to be withing 2mm of Loaded Ride Height. As you setup your vehicle with Xa coilovers you will be starting with a perfectly matched set of coils.

Aluminium Spring Perches and Locking Rings reduce mass. Not only are they light weight, they look great!

You can mod yours with the engine cheaper thru Livernois Motor Sports and still have your original motor shrink wrapped in your garage for future resale value.
If you want all the other mods its up to you if its worth the money or not. It is an attractive package. But if you're on a budget......

Way too expensive for me!! Wish I could afford that though. I'll stick with my RY 2SS for now.

HA! I live about 45 min from there and went to try and inquire about purchasing my new camaro 5-10k over sticker depending on model. Saw that car there too before the modding began. Guess it likes the showroom floor better.

NICE, but it seems strange that left those unsightly hoses on top of that awsome engine.
