TY ADM L99 to LS3 Conversion kicks A$$

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=90906

Well I went and picked her up......

Cranking her over for the first time was like listening to an eight piston symphony carry a note right to my ears.
After driving it home all I can say is DAM lol Thank You Andy
Your hard work and time put into my car means a lot.
Also Thank You Pat and Rick im sure without yall it would have taken a lot longer to get this done.

Best way to describe it ……..

I was/am very shocked with the stock converter with this cam there is no loss in power off of idle at any time, and when it gets around 3,000 rpm she wakes up and PULLS VERY HARD and doesn’t let up even with it being 103 on my radio temp. The sound of the cam is very noticeable especially when you come up to a red light while at the same time it’s very drivable on the street and the highway. I had a late model Stang pull up next to me in Lewisville at a Redlight the look on his face when he heard it lol Priceless.
I’m sure just as it was when I left ADM the first time with my New bolt on mods it will take a few days to let everything seat in and really mix with the computer before it starts to come as one.

I have not been to the track with this car yet since I have owned it even with the first set of mods ( wish I could have ) However I will for sure have to get my butt out there and teach her how to run very soon in the future.

By the way to anyone with an automatic get a ADM Trans Cooler they are worth the money today it is 103 and my baby ran cool all the way home.

Andy As a Very Happy ADM Performance Customer, I would like to say what a pleasure it was having you work on my car “AGAIN” and for the job that you did. I’m VERRRRRRY happy with the results that have come with this build and can not wait for more future upgrades from yall at ADM PERFORMANCE.

Of course it may be a little bit I need to save some money up my mod money after all of the saving up over the years is at $15.18 lol

I never knew a permagrin could get any bigger……..wait it just might lol

ADM you guys are AWSOME I recommend yall to anyone !

It was a pleasure seeing your build come together. The setup is well proven now in A6 cars as well as M6 cars.

DRIVE ON LITTLE BROTHER!

jed I will take some video soon of how it sounds.

However until then keep in mind at 60/70 mph its tacking around 2grand and sounds like it wants to jump and take off.

imagine the sound of a stick car down shifted to 2nd and cruising that way then bump the throttle the car jumps lol only thing my car isnt reving that high in RPM's.

Drive it normal Gas isnt a problem lol so no it didnt kill gas at all.

Sorry I was not at the shop when you picked up your car. However, I saw the base line awhile back and the latest pull. 104 rwhp increase is very significant as you discovered on your drive home. Mild lope at idle but very sophisticated. Not rock and roll at 1200 idle rpm. Anyway, glad you are pleased and look forward to your next visit. Ha Ha Its always going to be some more. I see some lower rear gears in your future.

I actually went home got my camera and went to a few locations to shoot some video of the sound of the car.
Very hard to do with the baffleing of the exhaust against the Camera's speaker lol I even put my hand over the speaker still a baffle hahaha

I went to an empty car wash and basically got a little bit of the sound the cam makes however its still giving off a baffle sound lol

how do you people record the sound of your cars ? I guess i need a special mic hahahahaah oh well there are parts of this video that gives you a idea. It sounds healthy this will do until I can get better video's

That sounds really good ... Sounds like the LS3 during the 15 seconds of cold high speed idle .... ( I love that sound )
