Again - that's why we offer a full warranty on the transmission. If you have concern about the durability, ask Customer assistance to extend the warranty on the transmission itself. If you have not abused it, I suspect they will."

So I asked him how has this been solved and received no answer back.
Dude they rebuilt my tranny second gear failed within 24 hours. I did not abuse the car.. I think i will sue GM. Now they said my power train is void. WTF.. I suspect a sub par transmission job.

Well they just called me and the new transmission was being taken out of the box and work has started. I am also having them program my radio buttons on my steering wheel since its there just get it over with. I am so excited to get my car back I just hope this really fixes the problem. Its going to be like taking delivery all over again

they say that your power train warranty is void because the "fixed" your tranny? what the heck? what did customer service tell you when you contacted them last? whats their reason for not changing the whole transmission.

Sounds like there is more behind this story if they voided his powertrain warranty

Dude I did not mod the car all work was performed at GM dealerships. I sent them all the documents I am waiting to hear back from customer service. The only thing I did on that car was I put winter tires on. Same manufacturer and same size as the OEM.

You know I will man every time they would ask me what I'm trying to get during this whole process I would always say a fix for all of us not just me I am not the only one with this issue I think the whole GM customer service knows about this thread.

I do not think so .. The regional manager's claim for denying my warranty was his claim that there are no problems with the camaro powertrain!!! So i sent them their own TSB lool. I am pissed on beyond belief. The good news I found a company that does postmortems on cars. So tomorrow I am taking it in. Lord knows I have tried to be reasonable with GM customer service. All I ask for was fix my car or buy it back..
Here is how they fixed it. When I shot this the car had less than 60 KM from when I left the dealership. I do not know how I can cause this but watch :

Remember I did not get a new transmission nooo... I got a crappy rebuilt job. I guess someone at GM forgot to tighten some screws.

I think what upsets me the most is I am seeing Jeff gm customer service all over the v8 tranny thread but barely see anything from him on the v6 tranny issue threads..... we shall see how mine turns out shortly. Tac has been issued requesting a field manager to approve a new tranny and clutch

I posted a message on one of those forums to Jeff with a link to this thread, but as you said, he is hardly seen.
