The other day i drove my Challenger srt8 to the Chevy dealer to check out a black 2SS/RS...i parked right next to another camaro they had...then this guy walks up to his brand new camaro and the first thing he does is open his door into my challenger...theres a small dent that u can barely see even when u look for it but damn how clumsy can u get

Took mine out for a rare night run and stopped to see my daughter who manages a 7-11, took two spaces up on a less used side of the parking lot. walked out of the store and startled a guy by the car, got a "nice ride" and in the same breath he asked if I always double park? I explained what double parking is and then walked at him full stride when I saw a pocket knife in his hand! He slipped it into his pocket and split,thankfully I only use my SS for pleasure and will not be turning my back on it at all!! I'm sure I was going to get it... :( I have no faith in my fellow man when it comes to my car. And will someone please tell all those Wrx cars to stop trying to race me every five seconds!!! I'm busy looking for GT 500's

That really sucks and i feel your pain. I can park 5 parking spots on any place in this city and next thing i know there is is old a$$ P.O.S car for example. 1991 Astro and they park 15 inches away from my car1 it pisses my off! PARK F#@KING SIDE WAYS IF YOU WANT AND TAKE UP 2 PARKING SPOTS BUT DON'T PARK NEXT TO ME! its like they are paid to park their.

It was 11:30 pm in a 7-11 lot and I was 10 feet away from my car, Screw the jealous peds!!! I was just posing it since my daughter had not seen it yet. If the guy had done what I think he was about to this conversation would never have happened, I would be in jail.

No one should key someone's car, and I can understand why YOU would park in two spots. But everyone else just sees someone's new car, that they don't have, and wants to be jealous and ruin it and think "who does he think he is, taking up two spots".

Good thing you caught him.. what a dick. I wonder what you would have done had you popped out a few seconds later?

I saw some comedian on comedy central a while back joking about this topic. His joke was about how he hated people that parked well away from everyone else to protect their nice car and how he would park like a foot away from them just to be a d*ck. The audience loved it.

A nice car/truck is a magnet. people will drive by and park by it, whether they're careless or not is up to them...

My wife would have flipped at this. As would I.... I don't like people touching my cars much less SITTING ON IT?!?!?!?! As for the door dings and idiots that park right next to you, I had a good friend who drove his Dads corvette to senior prom. We drive over as a group, me and my girl in my 78 Ford, and him and his in his daddys vette. I go in, then run back out for my smokes, some idiot had parked a pure junker toyota on the side of the vette I wasn't sitting on, so close you would have had to go in through the passenger side. I hooked a chain to the yota and drug it it 500 yds into the very back parking lot of the place we were at. You can imagine the guys suprise when he came out and his car was "missing". I hate these kinds of people

seriously though I would be furious too. Good tip about taking pics of everything though, I'm gonna carry my camera with me in the Camaro once I get it.
