Supercharger/drive train
I was just curious about a supercharger kit I saw online. It's made by phasetek performance. I'm still a long way from getting this, but I was wondering if anyone has bolted the kit on? It says it uses the overkill tune, which I just bought along with the e85 kit. That's nice because I can have it retuned for free when I get to that stage of the upgrade.
1. What supporting mods will I need? All I have now is e85 conversion, overkill tune, and a cai cold air intake. I'll probably get the ported throttle body and spacer as well. Will I need exhaust too? 2. The kit "claims" 435 hp and 360 ft/lbs torque. Will I need any drive train upgrades or will the stock parts handle this? Thanks everyone. You guys are always helpful. |

as of right now e85 and boost will not work well.. everything else is fine overkill is the way to go for the supercharger kit.. phastek is just a retailer not the manufacturer.. they are releasing the first set of kits in the beginning of the new year lot of great improvements.. you should look into a catch can as well.. but these are included in the kits too
