Thought you guy's might like to see and here some cool stuff,this NPP just sounds so sweet. So this is from Sunday at Fontana,you cant see it(obviously)but im hunting down a 2014 SS,at 10:30 in the part 1 video i make my move and make the pass.What little tires i had left were gone after that.It felt like my front tires were on ice.Im not running the stock(goodyear G2)set up im on my worn out standard SS Pirellies.The SS guy probably thought how cool it was keeping pace with a 1LE.I almost feel as im doing the 1LE a disservice running those worn out tires,as we all know what a premier handling car the 1LE is.The black Vette that passed us,i passed several times in the earlier sessions while i still had some tire left,at 3:27 in the part 2 video you will see him spun out,and off track. If the guy in the 2014 SS is a member here contact me and i will burn you a DVD,im sure you would like to have the video of you.

The 1LE has the same HP correct? Why did it leave the SS.. Suspension and handling... the SS looks like it struggling.. The imports with less HP are lapping ... is it more handling than raw power?

I am the newbie instructor with them,this is my 1st full year. I was accecepted by them cause of my ability,speed and knowledge of racing. I have 6 years of professional Superbike roadracing experience under my belt. I have raced Daytona,Road America,Willow springs,Fontana,just to name a few. Here's a couple videos from my 1st year of racing. I started at the age of 42,won my novice race,and took 3rd place rookie of the year,not bad for someone with no real motorcycle experience to speak of.

The 2nd video is my crash(1 of them)which i broke 3 ribs.I still raced that day with broken rib's,as i was in contention for rookie of the year.

The 3rd video is a cool video that someone shot for me.Obviously you dont know who i am,but im the guy in the middle of the video most of the time.I took 3rd place,and passed my nemesis (thats a joke)on the last lap on the outside of turn #2,this is a big balls pass.Those that know Willow im running 1:27 laps.

There was a thread a while back that seem to upset a lot of people,although the LS3 is touted as 426 HP to the flywheel,the 1LE's are actually putting 390-410- to the ground.My info from my source is they put a little higher tune on the 1LE's,which stands to reason why they are Dynoing higher.It may of looked like he was struggling,but i tell you i sure was,as my tires were shot,it felt like i was on ice trying to turn.As far as the imports,they are so light,and can brake much later,and can go through the turns a little better.Here is a video from last month at Willow springs that have a lot of those imports,and you can see how they are.

What size wheels come on the 1LE? 10s front, 11s back?
SS comes with 8s and 9s. Huge difference.
