Considering they haven't made it to market yet. And the price difference between the 2. 379.00 vs 150.00. But I didn't go with either one.

You guys are getting me nowhere lol....

So this BBK has been around for two years but hasn't made it to market yet? That's not making any sense....

And how are they getting a 95mm tb to work where a 90mm one was previously?

As for the VMax, I'm just not sold on it. I don't care if they have waiting lines that wrap around the planet. That doesn't necessarily make them the best. And besides, there is nothing wrong with going against the mold. Too many cookie cutter camaros out there now anyway

Hey Coyote here's another one for you.

Lingenfelter does the same thing for 95.00 but they have a 1- 2 day turnaround.

I don't know that it's been 2 yrs but I'd rather that than them put out an inferior product.

Ported and polished throttle body. Unless I was told wrong it is the same thing as the vmax.

Huh. That's something else to think about then... Do they offer a core exchange like the Vmax? Or do you just send them you tb and they send it back a few days later?

Send them your TB and they get it right back to you. Give them a call and talk to Ryan, Tim or Jeff.

The Vmax isn't exactly the same as a ported/polished TB. It's CNC machined into a spiral pattern with very tight tolerances, and supposedly produces better results than if it were done by hand.

Are there any test on the vmax vs other in house porting jobs? Just out of curiosity.

Oh damn I forgot that the vmax has the spiral pattern and not a polished tb... Oops. I think that was my bad there...

Here's one Vmax thread with some testing. I don't see a dyno graph there, but he gives all the numbers in his writeup.
