So I installed my VMAX Ice-olator
Hey guys
So yesterday I installed the iceolator and a catch-can (great mods by the money) and then took it to the dyno. The results were a gain in torque at lower rpm, but the hp kind of remain the same, it gained about 1hp, but I saw that it had a lean mixture compared to the last time I took it to the dyno resulting in a higher MPG. I know that some dyno results are not exact but the AFM Ratio was taken from the OBD and I doubt that it isn't exact. Did I do something wrong? will the leaner mixture affect or damage my engine in any way? My other mods are an airaid Intake and a SS muffler and exahust. Thanks for your help guys! |

so you installed and put on dyno? i thought you have to wait til a certain time frame for the car to get use to the new mods or a "break in" period
