No problem, I'm going to be at the cars and coffee meet this sat. And I'm usually at all the local Camaro club meets here in the area, lonestarcamaro.com for all the info. There you will be able to hear my exhaust as well as other v6 with different systems. I work in Dallas so wouldn't mind meeting up around there. Let me know.

I think its a good start, and not as high pitched/raspy as I thought it would be, but there is still a fair amount of rasp and break up in the upper rpms.

For me, I'd think a resonated X to calm that down would be where I'd go with it.

Hows the in cabin drone?

I wonder how much difference there is between this & my Borla exhaust that is designed for the V6?

Yea, all is good until the high RPM hit and it goes out the overall clean sound. Thinking about getting the x-pipe and removing the resonators when I add the x-pipe, because I really do love how loud it is, just want to get over the slight rasp in the high range. Will I get a CEL if I get the rear cars removed as well. How will that effect the tone of the exhaust without the rear cats, make it louder, or add to rasp?

Drone isn't bad at all, use to riding around in my straight piped truck so thos is nothing compared to it, and I really know it isn't bad because my fiancée hasn't mentioned it one bit and she drives the Camaro more than I do.

I don't know, is yours the axel back? How are the mufflers shaped on the v6 version? Are they larger , smaller? Is your system loud? I'll just out some exhaust vids and compare!

Pretty big difference. These are louder, and not at smooth.

Removing the rear cats has shown so far that it shouldn't cause a CEL....but I can't promise you it won't.

I think doing a rear cat delete, resonated X, and the ATAK would be a pretty killer combo. If you do it...post up the results!

I agree with KM I have the same exhaust as you Ruby and I also have long tube headers and ours is not that loud even with the headers. With headers the touring sounds clean to about 4000 rpm's then it starts to fall apart. It works for me.

It is a completely different muffler design.
