1987 Corvette 5.7L TPI

Mods:

LS swap (IN PROGRESS) with 150 wet shot!
-ARP Main Studs
-ARP Head Studs
-Manley True Double Roller Timing Set
-Melling High Volume LS6 oil pump
-Livernois L92 Stage 2C cam(224/246 .620"/.620" 117 LSA
-Trick Flow Genx 205 Heads
-Comp Cam Trunion Roller Rocker upgrade
-Comp Cam .660" Lift Valve Springs
-Comp Cam Hi-Tech Pushrods 7.425" Length
-LS6 intake
-42lb Green Top injectors
-LS1 Throttle Body (Ported, half shaft mod, screws shortened, bump stop)
-Monster Transmission's Monster in the box 700R4 rebuild
-FTI 11" Street Brawler 2800 Stall Converter
-TCI SFI 29.1 rated Flexplate with LS to older GM transmission adapter
-Trans Am WS6 ECM
-Champion Radiator 3 Core with Dual 12" fans
-Dirty Dingo SBC/BBC clam shell to LS engine mounts
-Antenna bypass switch
-TB Coolant bypass
-Windshield Washer tank removal
-Spare tire removal
-Flowmaster Exhaust
-Walbro 255lph
-Red tint side markers

Maintenance Feb 25-26

L92 Stage 2C Camshaft from Livernois Motorsports








ARP Main Studs came a month late.. But FINALLY installed








My home made piston ring compressor

Covered up and protected while I wait for money to get cylinder heads.

Welcome. The c4's are fun machines for sure. It's nice to see that you get your hands dirty. You really enjoy the car that much more when you can say you've done work yourself.

Only had two owners, second owned let the car rest in the garage with cover on 90% of time and first owner was in Florida.

Yep, you'll find plenty of positive feedback by the Chevy fans on this site over almost any car with the bow tie on it....especially Vettes since they have always shared some of the same components. I've had 3 Vettes myself and just sold my 84...very nice cars. I'll have another some day.
