If you are overly concerned about warranty, finacials and want to upgrade say in a few years then keep it as is. Another 15hp isn't gonna make any real difference anyways. And remember mods don't increase the cars value down the road. If you want to know where you currently stand. Simply put your stock airbox back on and make a couple dyno passes. Then swap back and do a couple more and see the gain you got. Take your rwhp numbers from dyno and add about 15% to get your crank numbers.

Your axleback didn't add much of anything other than weight loss. A ported TB might gain you a pony or two MAYBE. But, will improve throttle response.

izach, all you can really do is Intake, Exhaust, and since were 2012 and up cant do Headers YET.. PTB may give u something but nothing that is going to make a big difference. its just gives you better throttle response, and sure if it even matters on a manuel.

HF cats, ported throttle body, and intake is all you can do.

Im not one of those, should have gotten a V8 guys, but if you really want to enjoy and mod a 1/4 track car, then you need a V8, you are just so limited with what you have now.
FI adds a lot, the LFXs love it.

I thought that the V6 engines don't have flash counters, so a tune wouldn't void the warranty if you revert to stock before going to the dealer. Not sure about this though.

The ones equipped with the LFX engine have a flash counter.

Dude, if you're even thinking about a V8 later on down the line, don't do any more mods to your V6. Just save your money. If you're at 340 HP now, going to 350 really isn't going to be noticeable.

I did a bunch of mods on my V6 and still wasn't happy, so I traded it in. I wish I would've just saved all that money to begin with and put it towards the SS.

Reaction time does not factor in to the overall 1/4 mile time. You could have sat at the line for 20 seconds and it wouldn't matter in your 1/4 mile time.

Anyways, if the intake you have now works decent (haven't really saw any performance numbers on volant) combined with your exhaust you should be around 335 or so would be my guess. Maybe 340.

The only other mods you can do is a ported throttle body (which really won't increase your peak power much at all...it is more for throttle response and low end grunt). You can also do high flow cats, which would give you most of the benefit of full length headers (which you can't do to your car). Of course, if you do high flow cats, you would also want a tune, but you already said you want to keep your warranty. If you were to do all of that you'd be over 350HP in my opinion.

But if you are honestly thinking about getting an SS anytime soon....don't do anything. Just leave her be.
