Yeah, mine will make a screeching sound when I turn it on, only blows warm air. No AC for now.

Last night I pulled out the fuses that had anything to do with the a/c and put them back in and ran my car for 15 min... It did not correct the problem then but all day today my a/c has work just fine

This works pretty well. Used it on a couple of my previous cars as well as a few friends and family members cars.

After you get rid of the smell, make sure to turn off recirculate a minute or so before turning off the car when you use the A/C. This will let fresh outside air in and dry out the evaporator and keep mold from growing.

a buddy of mine had a similar problem after he used one of those crappy walmart self recharge things, he took it to the shop and they pulled out the freon put 30 min of suction to the system refilled it with the proper amount and it works great now they said that those home refill things put air in the system and knock the high and low lines out of balance and it screws with the high pressure sensor.

My AC has stopped working also. I experienced different temperature from vents close to door hot while center was cold before total failure. Also I experienced a whistling noise from dash about three months before this happened. 2014 Camaro. Please Help.

This is not what we like to hear, Camarosippi. We do apologize for any inconvenience this air conditioning concern may have caused, and we’d be more than willing to look into this. Have you been able to bring this to the attention of your dealer? If you would be interested in additional assistance throughout the process, please feel free to send us a private message with further details.

All the best,

Angela O.
