Here is my 2013 2LS. Got her this past July. Like everyone says, pictures just don't do this color any justice.

I got mine, and in the sunlight it looks awesome, but even when it's just cloudy, everyone just thinks it's black. I was expecting it to look more like they do on the GM website:

I get nothing but compliments on my BRM 2014 SS Camaro but I am wanting to add a little pizazz to my Camaro, maybe stripes, etc...
What suggestions and photos would you guys have? Here is a photo of my SS. |

Muscle Car Memories
Tinting the windows was my first add-on. I was surprised at how much it improved the look of my BRM (sorry, I don't have any pics of it with the windows up). Something to know though, The manual says not to get metallic-based tint because it can interfere with radio frequencies. The guy at the tint shop told me the same thing, and said that it might also interfere with the remote functions of the key fob. The alternative is ceramic-based tint, which is a bit more expensive. For mine, the metallic would have been about $170, and the ceramic came to $250.00. I figure, after spreading that added cost over the years I'll own the car, it's not much extra, and the ceramic won't turn purple over time like some other tints do. I'm also thinking of coloring the gills by the rear tires. There are adhesive strip sets for about $15.00 or so. I just don't know what color would look right. I'm tempted to get these lighted door sill plates, but I don't want it to look too ghetto! Of course there's also ground effects, but now we're talking a grand or two. A couple other low-cost add-ons are a shifter/steering wheel cover set or a license plate frame. Here are some other ideas: http://www.pfyc.com/c/CAEXT/Exterior+Accessories.html |

I like those sill plates.
Post some pics if you get them installed.

The Blue Angel So you're nearby! I went to Tintworx, which is also north of the airport - must be very near where you went. I'd forgotten about the added heat protection ceramic offers over metallic.
Since I realized I don't have any pics of it with tinted windows I took a few today. It definitely dresses it up! |

2015 Camaro's dumping blue ray metallic and introducing blue velvet metallic. Here's a link with the colors. Taken from the 2015 Camaro reference guide" Notable changes to the color palette are the absence of Deep Magenta Metallic (color code G7F) and Blue Ray Metallic (GXH) and the addition of Blue Velvet Metallic (G1M). New options include illuminated foot wells (order code S0U) and a spoiler extension (S1A). The tonneau cover for the 2LT convertible is now optional equipment."
