The first year on this site was awesome. Respectful people, good topics, helpful info on mods, etc. Now it's mostly highschool banter. Oh well, its a car owned by younger people. Read the corvette site and it's all old men (like me) talking politics and 'my GS is better than your coupe' nonsense. That's the internet for you! To answer your question... no, none of these things ever happen to me either. 'Nice car ' comments at the gas station, but no race challenges or rude comments from others. BTW... what is your Camaro's name?

This is a FORUM, not a WIKI! If you don't like a post, don't read it! You have a choice! This is also the General Forum. If it relates to Camaro, it can be discussed here. Most of the really helpful info is discussed in the Technical Sub Forums (yes, those exist). This is a social community for things involving Camaro. The mods do a pretty good job keeping the spam cleaned up. This thread is pointless and should be moved to off-topic forum because it doesn't really relate to Camaro discussion.

I pretty much agree.
Though just like the OP I'm not interested in most of the threads on this forum. Either the subject or the original post usually gives it away and I just go find something else to read.

While I don't disagree completely with the OP I do feel that this thread, in some ways, qualifies as it's own example.

I think the OP is just lucky...I've had a parking issue (somebody slammed a door on my RF fender, cost 375 to fix)...and a couple people made a big deal about my car being a "weak V6" smh...

I agree with these guys as well. This section of the forum contains some pretty stupid threads. One of my favorites was the one about white Camaros being rockstars or some nonsense like that.

I have to agree with you 150%. I rarely venture into this section due to ridiculousness of many of the threads. Had it not been for too many Dos Equis I wouldn't be in this section now.
