anybody do an ported 87 t body?
just curious. Seemed like a good mod on the ls3

I put a VMax ported TB on my car and like it. Much better throttle response compared to stock.

Does the v-max porting on these make them larger then 87mm at the throttle opening (larger blade)? this seems to be the answer that is avoided when asked. IF the blade is still 87mm then the 90mm v-max would be better to start with, that's my thinking anyway.

I installed a 87MM VMAX TB and the response is definately better.
