i'm pissed-> i was almost done with memoryblock 4 in the game-> not that that is all that far but i did take alot of time finding the flags (had almost all of the king flags 91 out of 100) the game froze on me. ok, no big deal it happens (all too often) but this time it happened while it was auto saving. when i resarted it, my game was gone and i have to start all over.

Is your xbox in an open area or on a shelf in the entertainment center? Also have you or anyone else moved the xbox with a game in it? The laser is VERY picky and will freeze/damage the discs if you kick it or move it while it's on with a disc inside.

i have a playstation 3 and this is the only game that freezes. on the game's website the forums have a sticky about the ps3 freeze issues.
