FS: USED STS TURBO KIT for V6

I am selling my STS turbo kit. It has been on the car since 2010 for SEMA only has alittle over 1000 miles on the kit. I am doing a engine build and decided to remove the turbo. As for HP, I have never dyno'd the car but based on others cars you are looking anywhere from 345-368hp at the wheels. Several people have had issues with there kits and I can tell you that I have not had a single issue with the turbine, oil pump or tuning.



ASKING $3900.00. Plus Shipping. Shipping cost will be roughly about 125.00-175.00.
Kit Brand new is $7000.00 with the below options and items.

The kit comes with the following:
Upgrade Turbine Ball Bearings
Custom Ceramic Coated Piping (flat black)
Pipe is one piece from rear wheels to front wheels (welded together)
Turbine Jacket
Boost Gauge (matches factory)
Wideband gauge (matches factory)
Tuning cable (tune not included)
All hardware needed to install system.

Was the difference worth the money. I am definitely going FI or trading in my car for an 8 but probably just going FI since it makes more sense financially @ this point in time.

That's on the low side the rx turbos are making close to 400 at the wheels I would love to get into this kit but let me research some more

Was it worth it... Yes.... I love the way it feels when the boost kicks in. I am going to be playing with the internals so thats the only reason why I am selling this turbo set up.

Like I stated, never dyno'd it but I have beat stock V8's with it.

I may be in the market, are the gauges in the rally pod or on the pillar? Also does it come with the methanol kit.

When you say the gauges match factory, what kind are they?

I might be interested in just the gauges if your willing to sell them separate

Yes you get the A pillar and the two gauges it does not come with the meth kit but I do have one new in box that I bought with the kit never used it. Ill throw that in for $300.00. It retails for $550.00

I want to sell the gauges with the system.

The gauges were custom made by Speedhut. The font of the number and the back glow back the camaro gauges.

Hi, I was interested in purchasing the turbo off of you. And yeah, I too have heard many problems with the STS system (the turbo itself in particular) so I'm doing a bit more research on it.. I must ask a few questions off the top..

1- How many miles does the system have on it?
2- besides being on a show car essentially, is this car a daily driver. Just want to know if it's lasted this long because you haven't pushed your car to its limits. If your a modest driver or a lead foot like myself lol..
3- Is this the complete kit?

1. The kit has about 1k miles on it.
2. The car is not a daily driver but has been road raced in 2 20 min sessions and was pushed hard for those sessions. Had no problems with it at all
3. Yes the kit comes complete. The only thing that it doesnt come with is the meth kit and the wide band sensors which you can buy both with the kit for 600.00.
