L99 burnout issues

I have a 2010 ss with btr4 cam and yank pas 3800 stall, my issue is i start to do a burnout to heat the tires up, and just a few seconds into it its like thw pedal goes dead, rhis is with traction control and stabilitrac turned off. Its really frustrating!!!!!!! Any idea's on what is going on?

Burnout

Have you tried doing burnout in 1st gear? I haven't tried this myself but it's worth a try.
My car is stock with cai, and performance Xpipe cat back exhaust . Running nitto drag radios, I've noticed while doing a burnout it starts to drag down before I have finished. It could be tires getting hot and sticky thought , still kinda a newb here. Lol

Burnouts

#1. Traction Control & StabilTrac off. When you go to do your burnout , do you have the transmission in manual mode "M1" ? If so while you apply the brakes and just stomp the gas and keep the revs up to about 5500 in M1. Don't shift or it will bog. You can see how I have done it on some of the racing video on my Youtube Channel below. Don't forget to put the transmission back into sport mode before doing your run so the tranny can shift on it's own at redline. Keep in mind that when the brakes are applied there is some drag on the rear wheels due to the brakes, a line lock would be better, although I do not have one yet, I just ordered the TCI Unit from Summit.
