Nice car. You'll love it.

That color rocks. Have your dealer do a ford-racing suspension drop, add a dark tint, and it will look even better.

A tint is mandatory since it is a black interior and i live in Florida....its still 80 degrees. i have to do a lot of research when it comes to aftermarket performance, but my goal is to beat the modified Cayman S i used to drive around the track.

The s197 platform is a joy to mod.

Mine is an 07, so it came with 300 crank hp, not 315 like your 2010. After just an intake/tune, long tube headers and o/r h-pipe, its putting down 305hp and 322 lb/ft of torque at the wheels.

This is the "Other Cars" section if you havent noticed.

Why cant you just let the man be happy with his new ride? Are you that insecure with your Camaro that you feel the need to bash someones' choice in car?

Get over yourself.

To OP: Sweet color and I'm really happy for ya! The 2010 Mustangs are quick, no doubt about it! Take care of it and yourself and have a Merry Christmas!

I've helped my buddy work on his S197 platform and he loves it to death, its extremely mod friendly.

Really OP, you've got yourself a fantastic base to start with, no start modding or else!

Most stangs are, for example...look at the SVT Cobra...the 03-04's...with 2k, I could take a car that was rated at 390hp and get it to the 600hp range.

even though i don't need to justify myself.... im on the camaro forum because i have been and always will be a camaro fan. ive been a member of this community for a bit over a year and up until recently i have been dead set on getting a lt camaro RS. believe me you me, if i was a bit older and could spare a bit more money i would be driving an SS right now.

to those who care. the Mustang is great and she drives wonderfully, it is the closest i have ever become to feeling connected to the road (second only to my dad's cayman s). i haven't gotten on her hard yet (stupid break in) but she really is faster than any 19 year old needs. hopefully that translates well when i take her to the track
Hey man, enjoy your GT, at least you've got a V8. There's nothing wrong with Mustang at all, just a bit of sibling rivalry with (epic thunderclap) CAMARO...

In all honesty, if there was no Camaro I'd most likely be in a GT. If the Chally was a bit cheaper, maybe that, but you know what I'm saying... Muscle is muscle. It all comes down to what starts your engine man. Have fun with her, and get yourself a Camaro down the road
