Is good to buy a rented Camaro??/ - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

hello folks, In my journey to find the perfect camaro for me I found a used 2012 Yellow camaro Transformers edition 2SS RS... 24k miles for 25.990, the car fax show the car was used as a rented car and that make me doub, last week I saw the car... and really is amazin good, not a single rust in brakes or headers or under car, and everything inside Is just like new, it even smeel like new car and they givme me new tires, and extended warranty from chevy for 2.500 more now they say they got it as a transformers edition... I really dont care about that but if the car is in meant show condition you would buy a ex rented camaro??

Im really would like to know what you think guys...

I rented a Camaro before I bought mine and drove the crap out if it to see if it was something I wanted. Don't do it, but that is JMHO.

You can get that price (or close to it) on a SS that wasn't a rental, guaranteed. It may just take being hardheaded about it.

and BTW....I got my 2011 camaro 2ss/rs with 28k miles on the ODO and everything I wanted for $25k otd. Search and you will find one in your price range.

That is the way rental cars are treated, especially anything sporty.

I rented a 2010 SS and I drove it like it was an amusement park ride. I wouldn't recommend.
