Help Aux Port

Is it possible to connect an aftermarket radio that has its aux input in the back to connect it to the center console area that has the built in aux jack so I can keep using the aux jack that is inside the center console?

I don't see why not. but keep in mind, replacing the head unit is a very expensive proposition. the bluetooth, steering wheel mounted controls, and even the temperature/blower/selector controls are all built into the head unit. if you want to maintain functionality of everything your going to need several additional components.

My sister's camaro was done and had everything replaced speakers and headunit. Everything is still there with the metra kit. Blue tooth is built into the receiver. Steering wheel controls still work as well for volume. I was just wondering if i'll be able to retain the center console aux jack
