1-800 Yahoooo, I think

I've been at event code 3000 since March 28. My salesman keep checking and no change. I decided to call 1-800#. They put me on hold for a couple of minutes and came back and said that my car was being produced but they could not tell me when I would receive it. He said any hold up would be QC because it is so new.He did not get an event code from whoever he checked with. I think this is good news for my 2LT/RS auto, sunroof,20" polished wheels Camaro.

ok. . i see everyone saying the call the 1-800 number, yet they don't put down the entire number.. is there a reason for this?

I would like to call myself, but i don't have this elusive number.

so yeah, after being told by my dealer they have no clue when my car will be built, the 800 number said it was built and having a road test at the dealer! Then they put me on hold, came back, and said it was in QC. Then I was put on hold again, and told I need to talk with the rep who I opened the case with. She called me today to tell me the car isnt built at all, and to give her up to two weeks to investigate the issue. I told her don't bother.

Notice how the answers from them scale down rapidly with just about 20 minutes of hold time. It doesn't matter who you talk to over there, they just don't know....
