Then today I bring it back so they can fix some damage they did. When they were done the service manager says "I think we should part ways" litte did he know I have already been going to another dealer and didn't plan on going there again.

I know some of you are going to say why did you keep going there.....well there is not another dealer close to me, the next closest dealer near me is 45 mins away.

After that much trouble, the 45 minute drive is nothing...

They "fired" you as a customer, by basically saying you aren't welcome there anymore.

You guys must have really been at it before.

Until you need the car flatbedded and insurance refuses to pay for the 45 minute trip vs to the nearby shop . . .

I can't imagine any service manager willing to risk the fallout of adverse publicity

No never yelled or cussed just persistent. I expect to get my car back in the same condition that I gave it to them or better.

By doing business with a crappy dealer, you're basically encouraging them to abuse you as a customer. Drive to the other dealer. 45 minutes isn't that bad, especially in a Camaro.

Pretty sad business practice to tell the customer to leave rather than fix their internal issues.

Customers are not always right, but they are always customers, without them you have no business.

It doesn't have to be a Chevy Dealership, I take my Camaro to a Buick Dealer and get great service

I was recently denied service from my selling dealer. It was a redo of work they had done previously. They told me I had to pay for it or pound sand.

I went to a different dealer, and they took great care of me. I filed a BBB claim against my selling dealer for not standing behind their work.

I'm not trying to be mean here but I work at a dealership. We go to great lengths to provide perfect scores on surveys and have repeat business. I've only seen them refuse service once and the people were being VERY unrealistic in their expectations.

I'm just saying it sounded like there's more to this story as it's rare in today's economy/market to refuse to do business with a customer. Don't forget this is just my opinion.

(The customer that was refused had already recieved a new car from the dealership)
