Best thing for paint swirls

Okay so after I got my oil changed I noticed my car had been cleaned....not by me though. Now I see swirls in the paint. What is the best thing? Should I get it professionally done?

I purchased a Flex D/A with wolfgang ultimate polishing kit (pads, scratch + swirl remover and polish kit). Amazing results! Like someone said above, check autogeek for the Porter Cable kits reasonably priced.
