So there I was, just driving along...
Caption contest anyone?
It was a pretty good 'thump' when it hit. I didn't see it bounce off or hear it under the car, so it was like "hmm, where did it go?" Cycled through the gauges and all looked good - with the outside temp about 104 and in the middle of nowhere I pushed on. Closer to town and seeing some traffic, I got some rather odd looks from the locals. Pulling into town, some kid yells "hey Mister, ya got a dead animal stuck in your grill" At the local gas station, walk in and ask the lady behind the counter if she'd mind if I chucked a coyote in the dumpster. She says "let's go take a look." Outside, she says "Oh, and it has to be Bumblebee!" and then tells me which characters her son loves from the movie, etc. Not Bumblebee, by the way... And the car is still in the shop waiting on parts. |

Wow, I'm made fun of because I hit so many animals (Squirrels, Snakes, Vultures, Deer, got a Chicken yesterday) but I've never got a Coyote!
